Our Mission:

To provide high-quality healthcare services to individuals and families without adequate access to healthcare in the greater Worcester community.

About Us:

St. Anne's Free Medical Program opened in 1996 by Dr. Harvey Clermont with a mission to provide "quality healthcare to the uninsured and underinsured of Central Massachusetts." Today the Free Medical Program is led by Dr. Jane Lochrie and a team of healthcare professionals. Housed at St. Anne's Church in the adjacent Fr. Smith Center, the Free Medical Program offers urgent care services to uninsured patients of all ages.

  • School Physical Exams
  • Sick Visits
  • Immunizations
  • Tuberculosis Testing
  • Gynecological (OB) Referral
  • Work Physicals
  • Health Insurance Help and Assistance

Please be aware that the Free Medical Program is closed when Shrewsbury Public Schools are closed due to poor weather.
